How to make a detailed plan and schedule for spring cleaning

The key to making a cleaning plan and schedule is to divide the areas, divide the steps, and leave room for flexibility to avoid task overload. Here is a super practical minimalist plan that even beginners can easily execute:
I. One day in advance: Do 2 things
Quickly scan the whole house
Jot down the areas that need special cleaning (such as heavy kitchen oil stains, mildew stains in the corners of the bathroom).
Confirm the necessary tools and cleaning agents (such as whether to borrow a vacuum cleaner, whether to buy mildew remover in advance).
Set time blocks and break down tasks into stages
Principle: Focus on only 1-2 large areas per day, don't be greedy!
Sample schedule (for a 120㎡ house, completed in 3 days):
Day 1 morning: Kitchen + Dining room (2 hours)
Day 1 afternoon: Living room + Balcony (2 hours)
Day 2 morning: Master bedroom + Study (2 hours)
Day 2 afternoon: Second bedroom + Storage room (2 hours)
Day 3 morning: Bathroom (2 hours)
Day 3 afternoon: Whole house finishing + disinfection (1 hour)
II. Daily execution: Efficient cleaning according to the "3-step process"
Take the "kitchen" as an example to see how to break it down into specific actions:

Step 1: Clear clutter (10 minutes)
Put all pots, pans, bowls, and seasoning bottles on the countertop into the sink or cabinet, leaving only the areas that need to be wiped.
Empty the trash can, and throw away express boxes and expired food directly.
Step 2: Clean from top to bottom (80 minutes)
Wall cabinets / range hood (20 minutes):
Spray oil stain cleaner, apply kitchen paper towels for 5 minutes and then wipe, remove the filter and soak it in hot water + baking soda.
Stove / wall (20 minutes):
Use a steel ball + detergent to scrub oil stains, and wipe the oil stains on the wall with a wet cloth + detergent.
Countertop / sink (20 minutes):
Wipe the countertop with disinfectant wipes, sprinkle baking soda on the sink and scrub, and use an old toothbrush to remove hair from the drain.
Floor (20 minutes):
Sweep away the garbage first, then mop with a kitchen-specific mop (add disinfectant), focusing on the area under the stove.
Step 3: Return to place + Check (10 minutes)
Only put commonly used seasonings and kitchen utensils back on the countertop (less is more! The emptier, the cleaner it looks).
Check for any missed corners (such as the side of the refrigerator, the top of the cabinet), and wipe them up.
